1.1.1.1. Account email confirmation
After registration on hosting or change mail account an email is automatically sent to the mail containing a link to confirm it.
Until the mail is confirmed, in all sections control panels a warning like this will be displayed:
To confirm your mail, you need to find a letter in your mailbox with the subject “Account confirmation", Open it and follow the link from it.
After clicking on the link, in case of successful confirmation, the following notification will be displayed in the lower right corner:
After that, the warning about unconfirmed mail will disappear from control panels.
Important points:

For successful confirmation, you need to follow the link from the letter in the same browser where authorized in the account whose mail you need to confirm.

If several letters were sent to the mail with links for confirmation, then you need to follow the link from the last letter.
What if the link does not work and / or the mail is not confirmed?
The reasons for the problem may be different: for example, the email client or browser used cuts the link that should be followed, or authorization has not been completed in the account whose mail needs to be confirmed.
In this case, try the following:

Delete any previously received confirmation link emails from your mailbox.

Open a new browser tab in incognito mode (private mode).

Open our Control Panel and log in to your accountwhose mail you need to confirm.

IN control panels request a new letter using the button "send test letter»From the warning about unconfirmed mail.

Wait for a new letter with a confirmation link to arrive in your inbox.

Copy the link from the received letter to the clipboard using the right-click context menu.

On a tab open in incognito mode control panel paste the copied link into the address bar and follow it.

1.1.1.2. Change mail account
Attention! According to clause 1.1 terms of service, for an account, you should use a mailbox in a domain that is not under our service.
Important points:

The mail can only be changed by the owner personally from his account and only after confirming the operation in the appropriate way. Technical support staff cannot change mail.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, make sure that the email is checked in the old mailbox and not in the new one. The confirmation letter is sent to the old mailbox.

A confirmation email sent to an old mailbox cannot be forwarded to another address.

If you can't access your old mailbox, use restoration of access.
To change account mail, do the following:

For individuals and sole proprietors confirmation is done by entering the code sent to account mail.

For legalentity confirmation is performed by entering the current password from the account.

After successful confirmation of the operation, the mail will be changed to a new one and for login to your account the already new address will be used. You can confirm your new email address by instructions.

1.1.1.3. Receiving notifications to multiple addresses

For prompt receipt of notifications, you can use our Telegrambot... Several Telegram accounts can be linked to one account at once - notifications will be sent to each of them.
From the hosting side, notifications are sent only to one address - to the current one. account mail.
If there is a need to receive notifications to several addresses at the same time, you can configure the filter in the settings of the mailbox used as the account mail.1), when triggered, all letters sent from our address support@hostiquant.com, will be forwarded to the required addresses.
Alternatively, using a filter, you can forward emails to a pre-configured created on the hosting a special mailbox in which there will be redirect configured to the required addresses.The availability of this functionality and information on working with it must be clarified on the side of the mail service serving the mailbox.
